Koē

Lauréat Prix design & Science 2018

Koē – « voice » in japanese – is an object designed to bring together the memories of a family. It consists of a base, on which each member is invited to nest, in turn, a small element containing the vocal recording of a story or anecdote. Each intervention, each story, redraws the structure of the object to give shape to a totem pole, materializing all the family’s memories.
Team: Servane Courtaux (ENSTA), Marie Ferragut (Strate), Walid Gara (Télécom ParisTech) et Axel Goulée (Strate)
